MUMBAI: Bollywood Thespian Amitabh Bachchan today expressed a desire to have a debate on political censorship.
Bachchan was talking to reporters on the occasion of launching of his own service 'Bachchan Bol', where the commonman will be able to connect with him by dialing 505678910.
Commenting on the protest staged by several Shiv Sainiks against the release of Sha Rukh's new film 'My name is khan', Bachchan initially was reluctant to comment. Later, in reply to his reaction on the political censorship, Bachchan said '' let there be a debate on this issue''.
When asked about his participation in the programme called 'Aman ki Asha,' Bachchan said ''let's talk of peace and harmony'.
He also expressed his desire to participate in any programme where he would be able to motivate the students and young children to refrain from the extreme step of suicide.
