Adsool to continue as UoP acting V-C

Chancellor S C Jamir issued the order of continuation as a matter of legal necessity. It was needed as Adsool was appointed to act as vice chancellor for a period of six months or till date appointment of new vice chancellor, which ever earlier, in June 2009. It was expected that the process of selection of V-C would be over in six months, which did not happen.
