Is there a provision in the "PUNE LBT" to claim refund for the LBT amount paid on inputs like empty bottles, caps, empty boxes, etc., if we are using them for production of Finished Goods to export out of India ?

Its not the LBT tax matters, it is the overall procedure which is illogical, because person having show-room all over M.S; he will have to register at all the places, file the Tax-challan, audit twice the year every where, so much clerical work involvement, record maintenance. If it would have been merged with VAT, people would not have opposed.

Many a items are missing from LBT rates, eventhough they were in old octori list.Staff of the dept. is also not updated with informaton. It is learnt from them, that, many problems are faced by people. System should be easy to understand& affordable to common people,as they will be burdened as last consumers. It is to be seen that LBT be paid with smiling faces insted of finding loopholes.

LBT is old type of tax. The nation is moving towards liberisation,Due to this tax so many big industries will go out of the cities. This tax is not proper tax.Govt may add 1% extra vat on the invoice Bill which is transperant.Supose the trader is paying LBT on the goods in the city. They are selling hole sale in other city like Kolahapur Islampur Can they get refund LBT? This is my opinion only.Govt may think on it.Suppose LBT is successfull in Pune they may upload the same in other cities less than 50000 population the more they get the more they want.Satishfaction should be there

Govt wants to promote tobacco because it will increase the sale of medicine in multliplication. So, maximum tax collection. Good future planning
